Step 2: Verify Your Account For your security, we need to verify your identity. Charles Schwab will ask you for your Account Number. If you don’t have a paper statement with your account number please call into the office and we can help you. 574-271-3860

Step 3: Create Your Login After verification, you’ll be prompted to create your Schwab login credentials. Keep these details confidential to ensure the security of your account.

Step 4: Explore Your Investments Once your login is set up, you’ll have instant access to view your investments, monitor performance, and access statements.

How to add an authorized user to your Schwab Account Video Link

Enroll in paperless for all eligible documents and accounts

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service and click Paperless.

3. Click the box next to Enroll in paperless for all eligible documents and accounts.

4. Click Go Paperless.

5. The Consent to Receive Paperless Documents popup window will appear. • Review the consent, then click I Consent to continue enrollment in paperless delivery.

6. The page refreshes and the following confirmation message appears: Your changes have been saved. These changes will take effect within two days.

Enroll in paperless by selecting eligible documents per account

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service and click Paperless.

3. For each account, click either: • Enroll in Paperless next to the document to be enrolled in paperless delivery. • Select All to select all documents eligible for paperless delivery.

4. Click Submit.

5. The Consent to Receive Paperless Documents popup window appears. • Review the consent, then click I Consent to continue enrollment in paperless delivery.

How to link your Checking or Savings Account:

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Move Money.

3. Click External Accounts from the dropdown menu (below Online Transfer).

4. Use the dropdown menu to select the Schwab brokerage account you wish to link under the heading Select one of your Schwab accounts to link to an external account.

5. Click Link an External Account. Either: • Select the financial institution from the list of icons. • Search the name of the institution in the search bar.

6. If this is the first time you’ve linked an account, review How we use your login credentials. After reviewing the information, click Continue.

7. Enter the outside institution login credentials to instantly verify the account. You may see a prompt asking you to receive a text message security code.

8. Click Continue.

9. Click the slider button next to the Link Account label in line with the appropriate account to link to the Schwab brokerage account.

10. Click Continue.

11. Confirm the appropriate account is being linked and click Continue.

12. Click the check box next to I agree to all terms and conditions.

13. Click Submit.

14. If the account is successfully verified, a confirmation page displays.

15. Click either: • Link Another External Account • Transfer Funds

Note: Some financial institutions’ security protocols do not allow for instant verification online. In these circumstances, Schwab’s website requires the use of trial deposits in order to verify the account. Some clients may be required to provide increased validation for their transactions on schwaballiance.com to enhance the security of their money movements.

Verify Trial Deposits

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Accounts.

3. Under the Transfers & Payments heading, click External Accounts from the dropdown menu.

4. Select the Schwab account that should be linked to the external account from the dropdown menu.

5. Click Verify Trial Deposits.

How to delete an old Checking or Savings account:

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Accounts.

3. Under Transfer & Payments, click External Accounts from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Manage External Accounts.

5. Use the dropdown menu to select the Schwab account for which you wish to manage external account connections.

6. Under Modify, click the dropdown menu in line with the external account to remove.

7. Click Remove.

4. Under From, click Select Account and in the dropdown menu, select the account from where cash is being transferred.

6. Enter the: a. Amount b. Frequency of transfer c. Date of transfer (Schwab MoneyLink transfers to a linked checking or savings account complete next business day)

7. Click Continue.

8. Review the transfer details and click Submit.

9. A printable acknowledgement page appears.

3. Under My Profile, click Beneficiaries from the dropdown menu.

4. Scroll down the page to locate the appropriate account. To expand the account information, click the right-facing arrow next to the account title.

5. Click Edit Account.

6. Click Create a New Beneficiary. Enter the beneficiary’s information in the popup window. • If adding a trust, organization, or estate as a beneficiary: i. Change the Beneficiary Type to Entity ii. Under Entity Type, select trust, organization, or estate

7. After entering the beneficiary’s information, click Continue.

8. Enter the Portion each beneficiary will receive (either as a percentage or fixed dollar amount) or use the radio button to divide the assets evenly among beneficiaries.

9. To proceed to Contingent Beneficiaries, click Continue.

10. Repeat steps 5-9 as necessary.

11. After the beneficiaries are added, click Continue to proceed to Additional Options.

12. Review the Additional Options section and elect optional per stirpes or per capita designations. Click Learn More for an explanation of the designations.

13. Click Continue.

14. Click I Agree.

15. Click Submit.

8. A security code text message is sent to the mobile number entered. Enter the number in the text box.

Change password

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service.

3. Click Security Center from the dropdown menu.

4. Under the Security Credentials heading, click Change Password.

5. Enter the current password, and then enter a new password in the next two fields (to confirm the new password)

6. Click Submit.

7. Choose the method to receive an access code.

8. Enter the access code.

9. Click Submit.

Change Login ID

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service.

3. Click Security Center from the dropdown menu.

4. Under the Security Credentials heading, click Change Login ID.

5. Enter a new login ID and verify the new login ID by entering it a second time.

6. Click Submit.

7. Choose the method to receive an access code.

8. Enter the access code.

9. Click Submit.

Change Security Question and Answer

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service.

3. Click Security Center from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Change Security Question and Answer under the Security Credentials heading.

5. Use the dropdown menu under the Security Question heading to select a security question.

6. Enter an answer and verify the answer by entering it a second time.

7. Click Submit.

8. Choose the method to receive an access code.

9. Enter the access code.

10. Click Submit.

3. Under the Transfers & Payments heading, click Send Wire from the dropdown menu.

4. Select the account from which the wire is being sent using the From dropdown menu.

5. Under the To dropdown menu, select one of the following wire types: • Domestic Wire • International Wire using US Dollars • International Wire using Foreign Currency

6. Enter an amount in the Amount to be Wired field.

7. Enter a date in the Date to be Wired field or select the date using the calendar.

8. Under Destination Bank Routing Number (ABA), enter the ABA number for the bank to which the wire is being sent, and click Validate. The bank name appears. Confirm that it matches the instructions.

9. Under For Credit To, enter the following information for the recipient: a. Account Holder Name b. Address of Account Holder

10. Under Country of Account Holder, select the country using the dropdown menu.

11. Under the question Do you have any For Further Credit instructions? select Yes if the transaction requires additional instructions for further credit to another account. This exposes a new section for the additional instructions with the following fields: a. For Further Credit to Account Number b. Name(s) on For Further Credit Account c. Address of Account Holder d. Country of Account Holder

12. Under Transmission Notes (optional), enter transmission notes, if applicable, and click Continue.

13. Review all the information entered. If edits are needed, scroll down the page and click Editto go back to the setup screen.

14. Scroll down to check the I Agree boxes to accept the terms and conditions, then click Submit

Add or edit a trusted contact:

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service.

3. Under My Profile, click Trusted Contact from the dropdown menu. • If editing an existing contact, click Edit. • If adding a new contact, click Add a Trusted Contact.

4. Update or enter the contact information for the trusted contact.

5. Click Save.

Remove an existing trusted contact:

1. Log in to schwaballiance.com.

2. Along the top menu bar, hover the cursor over Service.

3. Under My Profile, click Trusted Contact from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Remove.
